Sportue is a custom sportswear design and manufacturing service. We provide fully customized apparel including jerseys, teamwear, and other products made based on customer specifications.

Orders & Custom Products

All Sportue products are made-to-order.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

* All design details, sizes, and customization inputs are correct
* You have permission to use any logos, graphics, or text submitted

Once production has started, orders *cannot be canceled or modified*.

Pricing & Payments

* All prices are listed in applicable currency and may change without notice
* Full or partial payment may be required before production begins
* Orders will not proceed until payment is confirmed

Sportue reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Typical timelines:

* Production: 5–10 business days
* Shipping: 5–12 business days (depending on location)

Delays may occur due to:

* High order volume
* Shipping carrier issues
* Customs processing

Sportue is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Shipping & Risk

Once an order is shipped, the responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Sportue is not liable for:

* Shipping delays
* Lost or held packages due to customs or courier issues

However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery problems where possible.

Taxes & Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are *not included* in Sportue pricing.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products:

* Custom items are *non-refundable and non-returnable*
* Returns are only accepted for non-custom items (if applicable)

Exceptions:

* Damaged products
* Incorrect items

In such cases, customers must contact us within *7–14 days of delivery* with proof (photos/videos).

Design Approval & Responsibility

Before production, customers may receive a design preview.

By approving the design:

* You accept all design elements, colors, and layout
* Sportue is not responsible for errors after approval

Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use:

* Logos
* Brand names
* Graphics

Sportue is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.

Limitation of Liability

Sportue shall not be held liable for:

* Indirect or consequential damages
* Loss of business, profits, or opportunities

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
